Fried pita bread with cheese and boiled sausage

Today we invite you to cook a delicious dish - fried pita bread with cheese and boiled sausage "Ostankinskaya Appetizing" from OJSC "Mogilev Meat Processing Plant".

Cooking:
Cut the Ostankinskaya appetizing boiled sausage into small cubes. Grate the cheese. Finely chop the green onion and parsley. Add sour cream, mustard, some salt and ground black pepper. Mix well.

Crack 2 eggs into a separate bowl. Add 1 tbsp. water, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, and then lightly beat the mixture with a fork until smooth.

Cut pita bread into strips 7-8 cm wide.

Put 1 tablespoon of the prepared filling on each strip of pita bread. Lightly press the filling, distributing it at the base of the strip in the shape of a triangle and roll up the pita bread.

Dip the resulting pita triangles into the egg mixture on both sides and place in a preheated, oiled frying pan.

Fry pita bread over medium heat, on both sides, until golden brown.

Fried pita bread with sausage and cheese is ready!
