Appetizer of zucchini and boiled sausage "Doktorskaya appetizing"

  • Young zucchini
    2 pcs.
  • Boiled sausage
    200 gr.
  • Hard cheese
    200 gr.
  • Egg
    1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream
    1 tbsp
  • Garlic
    1-2 cloves
  • A small bunch of dill
  • Flour for breading zucchini
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

1. Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into slices.

2. Add salt and pepper to the flour, mix. Pan the circles of zucchini in flour on both sides.

3. Grease the baking sheet with oil or cover with baking paper. Put the zucchini on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.

4. Grate cheese and sausage on a coarse grater. Add egg, mayonnaise or sour cream, finely chopped dill and garlic grated on a fine grater. Mix it up.

5. Take the zucchini out of the oven, turn it over and put the filling on top. Bake for another 10 minutes.

6. Serve with your favorite sauce.
