  • Dry yeast

1. Prepare a yeast dough, 1 tbsp sugar, warm water and 2 tbsp flour. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place.

2. After 20 minutes, add salt and the remaining sugar to the dough. Pour out the flour. Next, knead the dough first with a spoon, and then with your hands. Add the melted butter and knead a homogeneous soft dough for 7 minutes. Then cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.

3. After 1 hour, we knead the dough and divide it into 2 parts. We roll out each part of the dough into a rectangular layer of 20 * 30 cm. The layer is cut into long strips about 4 cm wide . We wrap each sausage with dough in a spiral.

4. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment and leave for 15 minutes so that the dough rises a little. Lubricate the blanks with beaten egg. We send the sausages in yeast dough to a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, the sausages in the dough are ready!
