Potatoes must first be boiled or baked, then cut into cubes. Also boil the eggs, peel and cut into strips.
Cut boiled-smoked sausage and fresh cucumbers into strips. Place all ingredients in a bowl, add chopped green onion and stir.
Salt and pepper the salad, add mayonnaise and mix well again. Transfer the potato salad with sausage to a suitable bowl and serve.
