What is a festive table without canapes? They are prepared with dry-cured sausage, cheese and olives very simply and quickly, especially if you take already chopped sausage and cheese. This appetizer retains its appearance and taste for a very long time, and therefore it is not in vain that it is so popular.

We will prepare the products according to the list. Vegetables should be washed under running water and dried. I bought sliced cheese and sausage. Drain water from olives.

Cut the hot dog buns into slices 1 centimeter thick, put in a baking sheet, put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the slices of bread will be dried to the state of croutons.

While the croutons are cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Cut the tomato into circles, cucumber - lengthwise into thin long slices, cheese - into 2x2 cm squares, simply divide the sausage circles.

Lay the croutons on a wooden surface, let them cool completely.

If the croutons are not lubricated with any sauce, they will remain crispy longer. If you serve canapes immediately after cooking, then the croutons can be smeared with your favorite white sauce - for example, cheese or a drop of mayonnaise. Next, lay out a slice of cheese, put a circle of tomato on the cheese.

We put on an olive, a slice of cucumber and a couple of slices of dried sausage on a skewer. We stick a skewer into a toast with cheese and tomato. We do the same with the rest of the ingredients.

If desired, each canapeshka can be decorated with a sprig of fresh herbs.

Beautiful and delicious canapes with dry-cured sausage, cheese and olives are ready. These canapes are perfect for any alcoholic drinks and not only strong ones, they also go well with dry red or white wine to taste.
