Hearty okroshka with Mortadella sausage

  • Boiled sausage
    150 gr;
  • Fresh cucumbers
    3 pcs.;
  • Boiled potatoes
    6 pcs.;
  • Green onions
    1 bunch;
  • Dill
    1 bunch;
  • Boiled eggs
    3 pcs.;
  • Fat-free kefir
    2-2.5 liters;
  • Sour cream
    200 gr.;
  • Salt
    to taste

Each season definitely has its own taste. The taste of summer is definitely okroshka (except for barbecue).
There are many options for preparing okroshka: on kefir, kvass, whey or just on water.

Today we offer you to cook a delicious classic okroshka on kefir.

Cooking:
1. Cut potatoes, eggs, cucumbers and sausage into small cubes.
2. Finely chop the onion and dill.
3. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add sour cream and mix.
4. Pour everything with cold kefir. If you fill okroshka with sausage with fatty kefir, it should be diluted with cold boiled water.
