Probably there is not a single person who would not know the Olivier salad. Of course, in modern cuisine, this salad is completely different from that ... real one. Since the time of the Soviet Union, we have been accustomed to preparing this salad with sausage, and many housewives cook this way to this day. I am no exception either, but I buy the best quality sausage: "Milk" or "Ostankino". I offer you my version of this famous salad.
To prepare the salad, we need boiled sausage, eggs, pickles, carrots, potatoes, green peas, onions, fresh dill and mayonnaise.
