We will prepare this dish from meat, which is preliminarily beaten well, breaded in triple breading, and then fried to a beautiful golden brown.

Cooking:
⃣ Peeled and cut into layers of meat, cover with cling film and beat off. Salt, pepper to taste.
Roll the broken layers of meat in flour, then dip in a beaten egg, and then sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
⃣ We put the meat in a heated pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
⃣ Fry the pork schnitzel over medium heat on both sides until a crispy golden crust is formed.
