Meat rolls on the festive table

    400 gr.
  • Champignons
    200 gr.
  • Egg
    2 pcs.
  • Onion
    1 pc.
  • Cheese
    100 gr.
  • Sour cream
    200 gr.
  • Salt, pepper
    to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
    to taste

Meatballs are the perfect appetizer for the holiday table. Rolls are not only fried in a pan, but also stewed in the oven with sour cream sauce! This is delicious! Try it!

Cooking:

⃣ Cut the onion into rings. Wash and finely chop the mushrooms. Fry them with onions until tender.
⃣ Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Hard boil the eggs and cut into small pieces. Mix mushrooms, cheese, eggs and onions.
⃣ Cut the pork tenderloin into plates about 5-6 mm thick. Beat each plate, salt and pepper on both sides. For each piece of meat, put about 1 tbsp. a spoonful of stuffing. Wrap the meat in rolls.
⃣ Fry the rolls in a pan until golden brown. Then put the rolls in a baking dish. Add 200 ml of water.
⃣ Top with sour cream. Send to the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
