On September 01, 2022, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC Mogilev Meat Processing Plant will be held.
The agenda:
1. on the establishment of the Mogilev Meat Processing Plant holding.
2. On amendments and additions to the Charter of JSC "Mogilev Meat Processing Plant" (stating it in a new version).
The meeting will be held in the assembly hall of JSC "Mogilev Meat Processing Plant " at the address: Mogilev, Dimitrov Avenue, 11.
Registration of participants is from 10: 30 to 11: 00, the meeting starts at 11: 00.
Have with you: a passport for the shareholder, a passport and a power of attorney for the shareholder's representative."
