The favorites of Prodexpo-2023 were:
The product is smoked raw"Prosciutto premium".
The sausage product is raw smoked salami sausage meat "novelty" of the highest grade.
The product of pork meat is raw cured neck "Capocollo" (Capocollo).
Gold medal - a product of beef jerky meat"Basturma Vostochnaya".
The product of beef jerky meat "Viande des Grisons" (Viande des Grisons).
These high awards allow us to be proud not only of our products, but also of the entire team of the enterprise. At such moments, we understand that we are doing everything right and developing in the right direction!
