On February 22, 2023, the Palace of Culture of the region announced the results of the competition for the title of "Best labor collective", "Best by profession" for 2022. JSC "Mogilev Meat Processing Plant" according to the results of the work is listed on the honor board. The best in the profession were: Sychikov Andrey Vasilyevich – car driver Meshcheryakova Lyudmila Nikolaevna is a meat and offal tenant. Awarded with a certificate of honor of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky district of Mogilev Grinchik Sergey Konstantinovich is a cattle fighter. During the event, participants and invited guests were able not only to get acquainted with the novelties of the plant's products, but also to try them.
